Local Government Association
One of my long-time Fresco subscribers, with whom I used to work at the GLC back in the sixties, is now employed by the Local Government Association. He recently
commissioned me to come up with a cartoon to be used in their in-house magazine, 'Local Government House'. The subject seems rather un-PC for such an august body, but it's
based on a real incident, so that's all right, then. And it's met with the approval of the young woman who appears in it.
